9. Payments & Refunds
All payments made to WebTech Solution Pvt. Ltd. are final and strictly non-refundable. No refund shall be issued, in whole or in part, in respect of any fee, advance or other charge paid for our services, in accordance with the Refund Policy set out in Section 3 of our Terms of Service.
Payment-related information, such as billing records and transaction references, is retained solely for accounting, taxation and legal compliance purposes, as described in Section 6 (Data Retention) above. The retention of such records shall not be construed as an undertaking or obligation to refund any amount paid.
